We do not have a return policy.

1 YEAR WARRANTY 

If your pedal fails within 1 year of purchase we will repair/replace your pedal free of charge. Jade Electric will pay all shipping costs. If pedal has been modified in any way your warranty will be VOIDED!

ALL PEDALS ARE QUALITY CHECKED BEFORE SHIPPING

If for whatever reason your Jade Electric pedal does not function properly, please contact danny@jadeelectricpedals.com to arrange a repair free of cost. If we find that the pedal has been modified in any way the free repair will be VOIDED.
